In April 2025, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Handa Industries and to promote the integration of diverse cultures between China and Myanmar, Yunnan Handa Garment Co., Ltd. held a water-splashing festival tug-of-war competition, with Chinese and Myanmar employees participating together.
The event consisted of two parts: a tug-of-war competition and a water-splashing blessing ceremony. During the tug-of-war, teams from various departments competed fiercely, with the Yunnan factory's cutting workshop ultimately winning the championship. Between matches, employees splashed water on each other as a blessing, filling the air with laughter and joy. The Water Festival is a traditional Burmese festival, symbolizing the washing away of troubles and the bringing of good fortune. This event incorporated Burmese cultural elements into the company celebration, enhancing understanding and friendship between Chinese and Burmese employees.

On August 23, 2025, Handa Industries held a commendation ceremony to celebrate the outstanding achievements of 30 employees' children in the 2025 college entrance examination. In July 2025, Handa Industries' Myanmar factory organized a cultural exchange activity for its Chinese and Myanmar employees in conjunction with the local traditional festival of Vajrasana (Summer Retreat). On the day of the event, the factory set up a ceremony venue, and employees lined up neatly to offer alms to visiting monks. The monks chanted prayers and offered blessings for the factory and all employees. This activity aimed to respect Myanmar's local culture, enhance mutual understanding and cultural integration between Chinese and Myanmar employees, and create a harmonious and inclusive corporate atmosphere. Democratic Management
Handa Industries emphasizes the role of employees in democratic management, participation, and supervision. Established in June 2004, the trade union, under the leadership of the Industries's Party branch and the higher-level trade union, and with the strong support of leaders at all levels, diligently fulfills its functions, safeguards employee rights, collaborates with administration to conduct various activities for employees, and organizes external learning and training programs. The trade union plays a positive and effective role in caring for employees' physical and mental well-being, promoting their growth, maintaining workforce stability, and collaboratively building a new type of cooperative relationship between the Industries and its employees in the new era.
Handa Industries has established a comprehensive communication and feedback mechanism in both its domestic and overseas companies. The labor union and employee representatives can communicate with employees at any time and place, regardless of time or location, and hold regular representative meetings. The labor union chairman and employee representatives are elected by the employees themselves; all employees have the right to vote and be elected, and all representatives must serve the employees voluntarily. Employees can provide feedback at any time through email, suggestion boxes, text messages, and forums. The labor union and company will promptly investigate employee opinions, suggestions, and complaints, formulate improvement measures, and provide feedback to employees to continuously meet their reasonable needs.

On November 22, 2025, Handa Industries held its 24th Sports Meet and Fire Drill. Under the theme of "Vibrant Handa, Endless Fun", the event included two main sections: fire emergency drills and sports competitions, aiming to enhance employees' safety awareness and teamwork skills.
A simulated fire emergency evacuation drill was conducted, with workshop and office employees quickly evacuating along a predetermined route in 3 minutes and 10 seconds. Following this, a practical competition on fire extinguishers and fire hydrants was held, where employees practiced firefighting operations and equipment connections to test their emergency response skills. After the evacuation drill, the company's Vice President, Jiang Yanhui, provided on-site guidance, emphasizing the importance of routine safety training.
