Women's Career Development

In 2025, Handa Industries had 12,706 employees, 85.7% of whom were overseas employees, all of whom were full-time. There were 4,644 male employees, accounting for 37% of the total workforce, and 8,062 female employees, accounting for 63%. Handa Industries is committed to promoting women's career development, providing female employees with equal opportunities for advancement and full-cycle career development support. In 2025, women accounted for 63% of the company's leadership and management positions, fully demonstrating the core value and important role of women in corporate management. At the same time, the company regularly conducts specialized empowerment activities such as women's leadership training and occupational health lectures, and improves thoughtful supporting facilities such as mother-and-baby rooms, taking concrete measures to comprehensively protect the rights and interests of female employees and build an inclusive, equal, and progressive workplace ecosystem.

Safeguarding the Rights of Foreign and Ethnic Minority Staff

Handa Industries has always attached great importance to protecting the rights and interests of foreign and ethnic minority employees. Currently, the company has a total of 10,956 such employees. Local foreign staff are mainly from Myanmar, Egypt, Bangladesh and other countries, while ethnic minority employees include those of the Hani, Zhuang, Tujia, Dai, Dong, Lisu, Rakhine, De'ang and Karen ethnic groups.

Adhering to the principle of fair employment, the company treats all employees equally in job allocation, remuneration, benefits and career development. We fully respect the customs, traditions and religious beliefs of employees from all ethnic groups and countries. A Buddhist shrine has been built at the Myanmar factory, and dedicated prayer rooms are equipped in the factories of Egypt and Bangladesh. Working hours are properly arranged to accommodate religious activities. In addition, employees are granted special leave on traditional festivals of their respective ethnic groups. Upholding the humanistic philosophy of diversity and inclusiveness, the enterprise ensures all employees feel respected and a strong sense of belonging.


Handa Industries' overseas factories celebrate Eid al-Adha.

During Eid al-Adha in June 2025, Handa Industries' factories in Bangladesh and Egypt held holiday celebrations and sent festive wishes to all employees.

The Bangladesh factory elaborately decorated the workplace. The Egyptian factory handed out holiday gifts including sweets. Both facilities prepared exclusive festival presents for staff. We thanked employees for their hard work and dedication, and delivered corporate warmth with sincere care.
