This initiative brings family affection and corporate culture together in mutual commitment, forging a warm and united home.
The event kicked off with the heartwarming Parent-Child Workplace Experience session. Accompanied by their parents, children visited the office area to observe their parents working up close and experience the rhythm and vibe of daily work. Parents introduced their job responsibilities and daily work to the kids. The children listened attentively and observed with curiosity. They came to understand the dedication behind their parents’ persistent hard work, and gained greater understanding and admiration for their parents’ jobs.
After the experience sharing session, the official part of the event kicked off. Jiang Yanhui and Zhao Weijing, Vice Presidents of Handa Industries, attended the activity. Mr. Jiang delivered an opening speech for the Family Open Day event, extending a warm welcome and sincere greetings to all employee family members and children present. He stated that every achievement of the enterprise’s growth stems from the dedication and commitment of all Handa staff, and, more importantly, from the long standing understanding, support and tolerance of every family member. Following the speech, under the orderly guidance of staff, parents and children embarked on an exploration tour of the enterprise. They visited the corporate culture exhibition hall and product exhibition hall, learning about the company’s development journey, core strengths and innovative achievements, and gaining an in-depth understanding of Handa’s spirit of dedicated industry commitment and relentless pursuit of excellence.
The group then proceeded to tour the modern production workshop. The tidy and standardized working environment, well-organized operational procedures, intelligent production equipment, and the focused, rigorous working attitude of employees allowed the children to witness firsthand how products are made. This on-site, close-up visit enabled children to go beyond textbooks and imagination. They truly recognized the professionalism and dedication of their parents at work, and gained a more intuitive and profound understanding of the company’s standardized and intelligent development model.
Following the tour, the fun filled parent child interactive session officially began, immersing the venue in childlike joy and cheerful laughter. The much anticipated "Snack Shoveling Challenge" kicked off first. Colourful snacks were neatly laid out. Equipped with small shovels, the children threw themselves into the challenge with great enthusiasm. Their focused and adorable looks were brimming with childlike delight. Everyone reaped plenty of sweetness and surprises, creating a lively and joy filled atmosphere.
The fun bean bag toss game kicked off right after. The children threw themselves into the activity brimming with energy. They aimed, tossed and hit their targets with neat, skillful moves. Amid the lighthearted competition, they reaped joy and sharpened their physical coordination. Parents cheered them on from the sidelines, with peals of laughter echoing all around. The bond and warm affection between parents and children grew stronger through shared interactions.
The venue was filled with growing childlike joy as the wonderful clown show took the stage. The humorous and lovely clown delivered a fantastic performance, crafting a wide variety of creative balloon shapes on site. Delicate bubbles drifted in the wind, wrapping the whole venue in colorful innocence. Children gathered around the clown, chasing bubbles and receiving balloon gifts. Innocent smiles full of pure happiness lit up every face, creating a warm and lively atmosphere all around.
