Handa Industries Sets Up Summer Activity Room for Employees’ Children
As summer brings sweltering heat, the summer vacation arrives as scheduled. Every holiday season, frontline employees face real dilemmas: their children lack proper supervision at home, receive no academic guidance for schoolwork, and stay alone without company. These concerns distract staff and prevent them from fully concentrating on their work duties. To effectively ease employees’ childcare burdens and precisely address their daily life challenges, Handa Industries has specially launched an exclusive summer childcare lounge. This initiative resolves the long-standing conflict between work and childcare for staff, building solid support to enable employees to focus wholeheartedly on their roles and deliver dedicated performance.
Two activity rooms are arranged indoors. One serves as an academic tutoring room staffed by recent college graduates specially recruited by the enterprise. These young tutors provide patient, attentive company, supervise children to finish their summer homework throughout the session, answer questions in a targeted manner, sort out knowledge points, and precisely resolve academic difficulties.The other room is built into an immersive leisure space for relaxed, enjoyable learning and fun growth, fully equipped with movie-viewing facilities, craft supplies,educational toys and a wide range of extracurricular reading materials. Once children finish their schoolwork, they can make handicrafts, read extracurricular books and engage in group interactive games here, spending a colorful and rewarding summer vacation.
