To effectively safeguard employees’ health, foster a harmonious and healthy workplace, and actively fulfill corporate social responsibility, Handa Industries Myanmar Garment Division has recently partnered with Banlai Hospital to bring quality medical services onsite, providing all employees with free pulmonary function tests and chest X-ray screening for tuberculosis. Far more than a routine health check-up, this initiative embodies the Group’s progress in deepening localized management and serves as a vivid demonstration of its cross-border humanistic care.

The health screening fully accommodates the diverse needs of both Chinese and foreign employees of the enterprise, with targeted support policies in place. For Myanmar employees with abnormal screening results, the partner hospital will provide free medication until recovery, effectively easing their concerns over difficult and costly medical treatment. Chinese employees are also entitled to the full set of free examinations under this program. This differentiated care initiative fully demonstrates the company’s people-oriented management philosophy and its solid commitment to local employees.

To facilitate employee participation, the screening sessions are scheduled on weekends each week. Through meticulous overall planning and coordination, the company offers flexible access for staff to ensure everyone can complete the examinations conveniently.
Employees are the company’s most valuable assets, and health is the greatest blessing for them. This free lung health screening represents another important initiative through which the enterprise fulfills its social responsibility. Handa Industries will continue to uphold the spirit of humanistic care, keep a close eye on employees’ physical and mental health, and build a reliable "health shield" for all staff with tangible actions. This allows every employee to engage in work and life with greater energy and sound physical condition.
