CNTAC Lancang-Mekong Research Delegation Visited Handa (Yangon) Garments Company
On 2nd May, the Lancang-Mekong Research Delegation led by Mr. Xu Yingxin, Vice President of China National Textile And Apparel Council ( CNTAC ) and Chairman of Textile Industry Branch of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade ( CCPIT ) visited Handa (Yangon) Garments Company. Mr. Han Chun, Chairman of Handa Enterprise, Mr. Qiao Liang, CEO of Handa Enterprise and Mrs. Yan Qiuhong, General Manager of Handa (Yangon) warmly received the visiting delegation.
On the same day, the delegation visited the fabric and accessories warehouses, cutting workshops, sewing workshops, finished products warehouse and other production and storage sites of Handa (Yangon). Every time they went to a workstation, the delegation would check the detailed on-site process carefully. The delegation was deeply impressed by the neat and orderly management of the site and the enthusiastic working conditions of the staffs. The delegation also visited the canteen of employees at lunch time.
After the visit, Chairman Mr. Han Chun held a meeting and once again warmly welcomed the delegation's visit. Mr. Han also briefly introduced the basic situation of Handa Enterprises and Handa (Yangon) at the meeting. The current operation and post-planning of Handa (Yangon) and the future global layout of Handa Enterprise were also mainly introduced.
President Xu Yingxin highly praised the current performance of Handa (Yangon) in terms of production scale, management, production efficiency, employee care and social responsibility construction. Mr. Xu believes that Handa (Yangon) is a successful Chinese-funded enterprise overseas, and wishes Handa Enterprise to develop better and stronger overseas.
