Handa Industries Visits Counselor of Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh

Recently, Shen Na, General Manager of the Garment Division of Handa Industries Bangladesh, paid a visit to Song Yang, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on Handa Industries' project layout, operational development in Bangladesh and China-Bangladesh textile industry cooperation, building an efficient communication bridge between the enterprise and the embassy.

During the exchange, General Manager Shen Na briefed Counsellor Song Yang on Handa Industries’ overall industrial layout and development momentum in Bangladesh.The construction of the Mirsarai garment production base is steadily advancing. The planning for the integrated phase III fabric and garment industrial park located in the BEZA Economic Zone has been finalized, and all preliminary preparations are proceeding in an orderly manner.

Meanwhile, General Manager Shen Na shared details about the recent visit of Counselor Md Ziaur Rahman from the Bangladesh Embassy in China to Handa Industries. She also reported the stable operation status of Handa’s existing factories in Bangladesh. Adhering to strict quality standards, the factories balance efficiency and product quality, fulfill social responsibilities, and boost economic and trade cooperation between China and Bangladesh.

Counselor Song Yang affirmed the fruitful achievements made by Handa Industries in Bangladesh and put forward targeted suggestions for its future development. He stated that the embassy will continue to serve as a bridge, support the development of Chinese enterprises including Handa Industries in Bangladesh, and promote in-depth cooperation in the textile industry between China and Bangladesh.

Taking this friendly discussion as a new starting point, Handa Industries will accelerate the implementation of the second and third-phase factory projects in Bangladesh. It will further deepen in-depth integration of China-Bangladesh textile industries, empower the upgrading of local real economy, and jointly create a new landscape of coordinated development.
